Improved adhesion to alkyds, aluminum, vinyl, and chalky surfaces. Better freeze thaw resistance, less prone to cracking and peeling. Better flow and leveling. Low temperature cure down to 35F. Use for commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, schools, and apartments. Can be used on primed new wood, previously painted wood, masonry, concrete, cement composite board, primed
