2023 Domaine Moreau-Naudet Valmur Chablis Grand Cru, France 1.5L Magnum Tentenublo with bush-pruned vines of GarnachaGrand Cru Chardonnay from the steep, wind sculpted slopes of Valmur, organically farmed. Native yeast fermentation, long levage on lees in older barrels, no btonnage. The 2022 channels Valmurs grandeur with a touch more breadthricher stone fruit wrapped in saline tension. In magnum will age beautifully. Wine arrives Sept 2025.
