Chateau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande Pauillac 2014 051826OFFER Brewed with Yume no KaoriPichon Comtesse is the silkier, more perfumed half of the old Pichon estate, today owned by the Rouzaud family of Champagne Louis Roederer. The 2014 is one of those sneaky good classical Pauillac vintages that the market briefly underrated and the cellar crowd quietly piled into. A traditional Cabernet led blend rounded with Merlot and a kiss of Petit Verdot, it has the floral, graphite edged Comtesse signature plus enough structure to keep evolving.
