Rossville Union Rye cognac followed by cooked agave andThis Rossville Union rye was distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This is the same distillery behind Remus Repeal Reserve, Remus Gatsby Reserve, and 90% of the craft distilleries in America. Despite being distilled in Indiana, this is a Kentucky style rye with a high corn mash bill, so it drinks like a bourbon. This single barrel was hand selected from 12 samples on January 29, 2021 in Washington, DC by Tracie Franklin, Caleb Santana, Pierre
