Ceretto Vintage:2020 minerality and savoury complexityHere's a new submission from Ceretto. The organic 2018 Barolo Rocche di Castiglione has a sweet spot with bright cherry and dried cranberry. The rest of the bouquet is framed by licorice, wildflower and grilled herb. It shows more power on the palate with firm tannins over a mid weight but long lasting mouthfeel.
